Terms of Use
Last updated: August 17, 2026
Apple's Standard EULA
Your use of MiWave is governed by Apple's standardized End User License Agreement for apps, available atapple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These terms supplement Apple's EULA and do not replace it. In case of conflict, Apple's EULA prevails.
The Service
MiWave is an AI song studio: you describe a song, add your lyrics, and the Service generates produced audio tracks for your personal use. We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of the Service over time.
Subscriptions
- Some features require a paid auto-renewable subscription.
- A subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The price is shown in the App Store when you purchase.
- You can view and cancel your subscription at any time in yourApp Store account settings.
Your content
You own the songbook content you create in MiWave, including prompts, lyrics, and titles. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to the content you submit. To provide the Service, you allow us to process your content — including sending it to the AI providers described in ourprivacy policy after your consent — and to store the generated audio for you.
AI-generated output
Songs are generated with the help of third-party AI providers. You may use the songs you generate with MiWave for personal purposes. Any use beyond that may depend on the terms of the underlying providers and on your subscription.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use MiWave to:
- create or share content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harassing;
- impersonate others or misrepresent the origin of content;
- interfere with or overload the Service, including through automated access or circumvention of technical limits.
Accounts and deletion
You can delete your account at any time in the app. Deletion takes effect after a short grace period, as described in theprivacy policy.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI generation can produce unexpected results and may occasionally fail. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, luma 2 is liable only for direct damages and only up to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the event. This does not limit liability where the law does not allow exclusion.
Governing law
These terms and your use of MiWave are governed by Swiss law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. The date above reflects the current version.
